FTP Sample Session The instructions for FTP vary greatly with the software being used. We recommend a tool like FTP Voyager with a user-friendly user interface in Windows Explorer style. Larger files should be compressed in PKZIP format (for example by using WinZIP). Those who are limited to a command-line interface can find a sample session below. It is uploading a file "D:\Dumps\Dump2314.zip" from the local disk.
